GDPR ART. 17 — RIGHT TO ERASURE
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, all runs, duel history, messages, and any other data associated with your account. This cannot be undone.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent. Your duel history, run records, and XP cannot be recovered after deletion.

Delete from within the app
In-app deletion is processed immediately and permanently.
- 1 Open Aretos on your iPhone
- 2 Go to Profile → Settings
- 3 Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- 4 Confirm the deletion when prompted

Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed, fill in the form below. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: runner name, home city, email address, profile photo
- All run records synced to Aretos
- All duel history, results, and XP
- All in-app challenge messages
- Push notification token
- Report and block records where you are the reporter or blocker
What is not affected
- Your Apple Health data — Aretos never writes to Apple Health, so nothing in Health is changed
- Server access logs are retained for 14 days for security purposes, then automatically deleted
